The Talent Nexus is a leading executive recruitment and talent management company located in Nairobi, Kenya. The company was founded by Muthoni Ndegwa (Chief Executive Officer) to connect businesses to the right executive talent.
Muthoni Ndegwa has over eight years’ experience in business leadership, strategy, marketing and talent management. Aside from her core area of strength i.e., recruitment and training, Muthoni has extensive experience in diverse areas, and her consulting practice has been concentrated in the areas of helping businesses from start-ups to medium and large enterprises, position their operations for growth, sustainability and expansion.
