Position: B2B Sales Executive – Construction Materials
Location: Kitengela with frequent travel across the country
Salary: 35K plus Commissions

Our client is a well-established dealer of wood and wood products. They are looking to hire a dynamic, self driven and results oriented candidate to drive sales and promotion of their construction materials across the country.

The successful candidate will be tasked to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and expand the company’s market presence in the building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote construction materials to contractors, developers, and hardware stores nationwide.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
Meet monthly sales targets established by the management team.
Build lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
Negotiate business contracts and close commercial deals effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and resolving complaints.

Desired Qualifications, Skills & Abilities :

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
Atleast 2–3 years of experience in selling construction materials (e.g Cement, Steel, Ballast, Boards, aint)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep industry knowledge of the Kenyan construction industry
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence B2B buyers.
Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Willingness to travel extensively across the country
