Our client is a well-established and reputable real estate Company.
They are looking for a data-driven, sharp and proactive digital marketer who can turn insights into results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth — leads, conversions, and ROI — through well-targeted digital campaigns and continuous data analysis.
This is not a content posting role.

• You consistently improve cost per lead and conversion rates
• You test, learn, and optimize — not guess
• You bring ideas backed by data, not assumptions
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI
- Define and refine target audiences using data and insights
- Build and manage campaign structures, A/B tests, and funnels
- Track and report on performance using Excel, dashboards, and analytics tools
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend data-backed strategies
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Must Have:
- Strong analytical background (Degree in Statistics, IT, Data Science, Actuarial, or related field)
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and Excel (pivot tables, analysis, basic modelling)
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer targeting
- Experience (or strong interest) in Meta Ads / paid digital campaigns
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions from data
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (Advantage):
- Experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or data visualization tools
- Experience in lead generation or performance marketing
